Canonical NeuroChain hash. Writes 32 bytes. Returns `32` or `-1`.

## `verify_mldsa65` <Badge type="info" text="planned" />

```

`1` valid / `0` invalid / `-1` error. For session keys / AA inside contracts.

## `addr_validate` <Badge type="info" text="planned" />
